Iron Grip Logistics and Technologies, LLC was formed by Gilberto Urdiales Jr  and his son Gilberto Urdiales III. Their goal was to introduce Gilbert Jr's patented pipe handling tools to raise the standard of pipe handling safety around the world  and to create a diverse oilfield company that could continue to grow despite the oilfield market swings.

Iron Grips are used in countries around the world as the modern and preferred standard to move and handle iron. Iron Grip has expanded to provide manufacturing and fabricating support to customers. Iron Grip also provides flatbed and gooseneck hauling for oilfield equipment nationwide.
